It seems that everyone needs to have a drink bottle, people just don’t seem to be able survive 5 minutes without a hit of H2O. People to and from work have to have a drink bottle in their back pack. At work you have to have one on your desk, mea culpa. Walking you must be carrying a drink bottle, good way to include weight training. In your car, if your car has a cup holder you might as well have a drink bottle to put in it.
